Tanya Wagner is responsible for Marketing & Business Development for Big River Online where she works with a wide range of nonprofit clients to employ technology to support online fundraising. She is an active member of Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN), founder of Tech4Good Cleveland, and VP Communications for AFP Greater Cleveland Chapter. She graduated from Miami University with a degree in English Literature and earned her Masters at The Ohio State University. In her spare time, Tanya loves to plan trips to far-off places, engage in overly ambitious home renovation projects, and spend time with her family.
Brad Milius is Director of Development for the Heart and Vascular Institute at Cleveland Clinic and sits on a team to qualify prospects for the organization nation-wide. Brad holds over six years of development experience, including major gifts, annual fund and volunteer management. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic in 2013, Brad served as Director of Development for the Purdue Christian Campus House in West Lafayette, Indiana. He holds two Master’s degrees, one in Philanthropic Studies and the other in Public Administration (nonprofit management) both from Indiana University – Purdue University at Indianapolis.
Jen Margolis has a passion for helping people cultivate their potential and live their purpose. Her work as co-founder of Thrive focuses on designing, planning and executing experiences in the community and in workplaces as well as tending to the operational side of the organization. Prior to diving into Thrive full-time, she served as a management consultant at Cobalt Group in Cleveland, with a focus on organization development, strategic planning, and leadership development for non-profit organizations and civic groups. Jen hold a Master’s of Social Science Administration (M.S.W.) and a Master’s of Science in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University, and a B.A. in International Relations from Carleton College. She is completing a year-long certificate in Positive Psychology led by Dr. Tal Ben Shahar, is a certified as a yoga instructor and serves as a Trustee at The Temple Tifereth-Israel.
